What is the Customers Module?

The Customers module in Netwise is where all your B2B buyers are listed and managed. It gives you a central place to view, organize, and control customer access to wholesale pricing.

Key points:

  • All customers in Netwise are synced from your Shopify store.

  • You can view each customer's details, group assignment, and pricing status.

  • Customers must be assigned to a Customer Group to receive B2B pricing.

  • Without a group, a customer sees your default Shopify store prices.



How Customers Work in Netwise

Netwise connects with your Shopify customer list and lets you layer B2B pricing on top of it. Here's how the relationship works.

Key points:

  • Customers are pulled in from Shopify — you don't create them manually in Netwise.

  • Each customer needs to be part of a Customer Group to get special pricing.

  • The group determines which catalog and pricing rules apply to that customer.

  • Pricing is shown automatically to eligible customers when they log in to your store.

  • If a customer is not in any group, they see standard retail prices.
